Ryan is currently finishing the recording of his first children’s album entitled “Songs for Nap Time and Night Time.” The album is set for release in the Spring of 2016.
Ryan is also busy booking events playing children’s music in a variety of settings including birthday parties, pre-schools, and grade schools, day care centers, and festivals.
“When performing for a group of kids, I strive to make an impact on the children through music, just as music made an impact on me as a young child. My number one goal is to make it fun for the kids, the parents, and the teachers. Each event features a combination of silliness, dancing, and singing along to familiar songs, along with the opportunity for the kids to play with a series of simple instruments.”
“I was introduced to music at a very early age. By the age of 3, my grandmother had taught me a variety of patriotic songs which I would exuberantly belt out at home, restaurants, grocery stores, basically anywhere. There is no doubt that the reason I play music for a living today, is because of the positive influence and encouragement I received while being introduced to music at a young age.”
“These days, I spend the days with our two daughters, Macy (3) and Kaia (7months). I’m extremely thankful to have this time with them during the day, especially since I spend hundreds of nights throughout the year performing. I burst with pride when I hear Macy singing a song at the top of her lungs, and it melts my heart to see Kaia’s eyes light up when I sing her a lullaby. “
